ONLINE GIVING FAQ'S

What are my payment options?

The SSCOG Automated Giving Program is currently designed to only accept debit or credit payments from Visa, MasterCard and ACH (bank).

How often will payments be pulled from my account?

You determine the frequency and amount charged to your debit or credit card.

Can I designate my giving to a specific fund? 

Yes! You can direct your giving to go to the, General Fund, Tithes, Offering, Missionary Fund or Radical Disciples.

Can I give in addition to participating in the automated giving program?

Yes! You can still give by filling out an offering envelope and placing it in the offering plate during worship service.

Can I test the system with a one time contribution?

Yes! There is an option to make a one time gift. This is a great way to see how the system works.

I've signed up for the automated giving program but would like to make changes.

You can make changes at any time by clicking on the "edit giving profile" button. Once here you can change any of your preferences or stop your automated giving.
